what u should bring to the camp

*A bag with a change of clothes, a towel, one more bag to the   wet clothes

A bottle for water (it will be possible to fill it with drinking water)

Sandwich and fruit/energy snack, light and dry food is recommended (mandatory)
Hat throughout the activity (mandatory)

Sports shoes in a plastic bag for all activity days (closed shoes are recommendedfor the skateboarding activity we do.) This is a skateboard called Carver and is designed to simulate surfing on the wave and improve the abilities.

From experience I recommend bringing flip flops and sports shoes in a separate bag

Sunscreen (we recommend purchasing from us Dr. Klein's sunscreen that provides excellent protection for water sports, sunscreen made from natural ingredients. It is recommended not to buy liquid sunscreen or face spray from experience: it burns the eyes) (required)

It is recommended to wear long tights: full protection from the sun, protection from rubbing, helps with jellyfish stings (the tights are mainly used for summer).

what the kids get in the camp

A surfboard with a leash that ties them to the surfboard and thus serves as their lifeline in the water.

Long lycra for the upper body only, which protects from the sun and jellyfish stings and is also used for identification (it is recommended to come to the camp in advance in a comfortable swimsuit for sports activities at sea)

*It is also possible to purchase a long personal lycra that protects against the sun in my stomach

You can order the Dr. Klein sunscreen, long tights, lycra and the club hat from us in advance on your profile or here

Preparation the day before the camp and on the days of the camp when they are not with us!

It is recommended to make sure that your children drink a large amount the day before the summer camp and on the other days (drinking a lot even if it is at home can prevent dehydration)

Preparation in the morning of the camp

Make sure before they come to us that each child drinks at least two full glasses of water to avoid dehydration. (It is important)
It is mandatory to apply the child at home before coming to us in order to prevent tanning

during the camp

Dressed during camp

Your children during the camp will receive a long yellow lycra
The lycra protects them from  the sun,and from rubbing and, from jellyfish stings. In addition, the lycra helps us to protect them in our environment, since the color is yellow, it is a very striking color (the lycra will be used for the purpose of the activity only)

Food during the camp

In this camp we do not serve food, it is recommended to bring a sandwich and fruit/energy snack
Your children will have the option at any given moment to fill up drinking water from the water tank that will be in the complex

important info

During the camp we teach the children the importance of applying sunscreen and drinking water.
We prepared a special form in which we mark children who drank water
and apply sunscreen. It is very important that your children cooperate with this and listen to the procedures on the subject.
We make sure to emphasize safety to them and have an in-depth conversation about everything related to safety, what is allowed and what is not allowed, therefore it is very important that they listen to us whether it is at sea or on the beach. Our goal is to make it fun, a special experience, but also for us all to be satisfied.
The children will not be able to leave the complex that we will set up for them, so the mall is out of the question.
It is recommended not to bring expensive things to the sea and to come as minimally as possible.

The club will not be held responsible in any case of theft/loss of personal equipment

How do we keep your children safe?

The first day of the camp we do an opening talk, part of which emphasizes safety, dangers and how to avoid them so that we can all end the day with a smile
We explain the importance of applying sunscreen and drinking water frequently
We explain to them about the surfboard, which is made of spongy material so that if they get hit by it, it will be a soft and dry hit. If so, it is an extreme sport
We will first place them in shallow water so that they feel confident and not in danger
The beach where we will hold the activity is a bathing beach declared with the lifeguard's permission to hold the surfing activity
There is a medic on the beach
And we have a first aid kit attached

What do we need to know about activities at sea?

The sea is salty and sometimes there are waves and sometimes not, we are subject to the state of the sea and therefore we have a variety of activities (detailed below)
There are jellyfish in the sea, which are not harmful but can burn (it is recommended to wear long tights), in the sea there are tips, which may burn or cause discomfort
In any case, in the first aid kit we have ointments that soothe the skin in case of a burn/scratch
It is not recommended to use vinegar in case of burns!
It is recommended to use scenarios that soothe the skin or an anti-burn ointment

A little about the variety of activities

Big inflatable sup

*The sea activities are conditioned according to the state of the sea and the discretion of the safety officer and subject to the instructions of the lifeguards
